Join us for a relaxing morning of yoga and appreciating the works in the collection. Enjoy a moment of calm in a gorgeous setting as you explore the Musée before it opens to the public.
If you’re curious, this activity is for you, even if you aren’t familiar with yoga.
Welcome and tea: 8:00 a.m.
A guide will greet you in the main lobby of the Pierre Lassonde Pavilion between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. The North Space will be available until 8:30 a.m. for independent warm-ups and chats over a cup of tea.
Guided tour: 8:30–9:00 a.m.
A guide will introduce you to the idea of “slow art” and suggest observation exercises to help you see the works in our collections in a new light.
Yoga: 9:00–10:00 a.m.
Join Sabrina Guimont for a yoga session inspired by a work of art.
Please bring your yoga mat, indoor shoes, and a water bottle.
Comfortable yoga attire is recommended.
