There is a paid parking lot behind the Charles-Baillairgé Pavilion (former prison). Anticipate a few minutes of outdoor walking to reach the Pierre Lassonde Pavilion.

Electric vehicles
There are two electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot, in front of the Charles-Baillairgé Pavilion.

Accessible parking
Parking spaces are available for holders of an accessible parking permit issued by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec.

  • At the rear of the Charles-Baillargé Pavilion parking lot, accessible from Wolfe-Montcalm Avenue
  • In the parking lot of Saint-Dominique Church, accessible from the Grande Allée

Family parking
There are two family parking spaces near the Charles Baillairgé Pavilion.

* If you are a Musée Member, you will receive a coupon at the ticket counter when you arrive. Use it when you leave the parking lot to benefit from your 20% discount.

  • There is a free cloakroom at the entrance to the Pierre Lassonde Pavilion. Leave your coats and bags with us for an easier, more enjoyable visit.

  • - Strollers can be borrowed from the cloakroom at no cost.
    - Several restrooms are equipped with changing tables.

  • The Musée has a nursing room, a quiet space with soft lighting where you can feed and change your child.

  • - Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the cloakroom at no cost.
    - Magnifying glasses are available on request from reception.

  • Take advantage of our free Wi-Fi to share your memories of your visit!

  • - Drawing is permitted in the permanent galleries, using lead or coloured pencils only.- Passageways and emergency exits must be kept clear.

  • You have two options for dining at the Musée: Café Québecor and the to-go counter.

Our Musée is an accessible, inclusive, and welcoming place to relax, socialize, and discover art. Please help us preserve the treasures in our collection and make sure everyone enjoys their visit.

- Umbrellas, backpacks, and large bags can be left in the cloakroom free of charge. We reserve the right to search bags and deny entry to people with prohibited items.
- Eating and drinking is only permitted in the dining areas.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please behave appropriately and use appropriate language to keep the Musée enjoyable for everyone. Harassment and rude, aggressive, offensive, or discriminatory language and behaviour will not be tolerated.
